The project involved the refurbishment of Amwell House which is a Grade II* listed building. The existing building consisted of classrooms which were
refurbished into offices complete with Cat 6 data cabling installation. Dale Contracts undertook all elements of the contract with the exception of the
mechanical and electrical services. The project involved working with English Heritage and compliance with their philosophy of repairs; this involved
specialist plastering, brickwork and joinery works. Dale Contracts worked in partnership with Willmott Dixon who were the main contractor on the project.
