A large third and fourth floor apartment in the centre of Belgravia which consisted of a complete refurbishment of the property. The finishes required were extremely high quality and included a bespoke glass staircase, bespoke joinery and an external decked terraced area.
The property was handed over complete with an integrated lighting and comfort cooling system.
The project was particularly challenging due to its location. A large scaffold and hoist were erected to avoid damage to communal areas within the block. The project was completed on time and with minimal disruption to the other tenants in the building.
