A challenging new build project which involved the demolition of existing single storey buildings, and the
construction of a new 7,000 sq ft two storey office block with associated parking area. This project was particularly
challenging due to its location at the rear of busy Highgate High Street, the proximity of adjacent occupied buildings
and the associated restricted access to the site. The building was separated into four units and constructed using
steel frame, brickwork and render facades, and high performance felt roofing.
