A fast track refurbishment of an art gallery in Piccadilly over three levels including ground floor, lower ground floor and basement. The work comprised formation of viewing galleries, storage area and offices. The basement required substantial damp proofing works for protection of artwork. The project had to be completed on time for a high profile exhibition of work by the renowned photographer Andreas Gursky.
