Dale Contracts were awarded the contract to refurbish 10,000 sq/ft of open plan office space for web designers Poke London. The site was situated on the 4th floor of the Biscuit Building in London’s East End. The programme was critical for the client &, despite noisy working restrictions & access problems, was achieved on time within twelve weeks. The main elements of the project included the formation of informal & formal meeting rooms by erecting fair faced block walls, full electrical installation including lighting & data run in multi-coloured bespoke cable trays. There was also a specialist seamless resin flooring system.
