The works consisted of the conversion of an existing Grade II listed single storey building into a
café / restaurant area and the formation of offices and meeting rooms to mezzanine areas within an
adjacent building (also Grade II listed). Extensive internal and external redecoration and the
installation of CCTV, door entry system and data to the whole site were also carried out in addition
to the complete refurbishment of a caretaker's cottage.
